New Look for M&S
8.12.2011
M&S has had a stylish make-over with new flooring, decoration and a re-organisation of the departments to make shopping there a delight.
Womenswear is all on one floor, the food hall is more defined and there is a lighter, brighter, bigger cafe on the second floor.
Contractors were working through the night for several weeks and staff have been hard at work moving merchandise around - but I have to say it is all worth it.
Two new windows have been opened up which have been beautifully dressed and there will be new fixtures and fittings next Spring to complete the look.
It must have been quite a feat for all concerned during the build up to Christmas so I popped along to have a look and couldn't resist a cup of hot chocolate and a five minute sit down before Marianne phoned me to come back to the office!
